Shipping Policy 

We know you’re excited to get your new candles, so here’s how we ship:

Order Processing 

Since we hand-pour each candle just for you, please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order.

Shipping Methods & Timing 

Domestic (US): typically 5 business days once shipped

International: Generally 10–20 business days, depending on customs and local carriers

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are calculated and broken down at checkout based on your custom orders weight and destination. 

Tracking 

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey

Weekends, Holidays, and Weather Exclusions

We don’t ship on weekends or federal holidays, so please be mindful of those expected delays if you are ordering close to a Weekend or bank holiday. Occasionally weather or peak seasons may add a day or two to our process/handling time but we will always do our best to keep delays as minimal as possible!

Return & Cancellation Policy

Because every candle is made especially for you, all sales are final which means we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you need to cancel please do the following
